Program Director: Dr. Temitope F. Adeoye Olenloa

Temitope (Temi) Adeoye Olenloa is a clinical assistant professor and Assistant Director of the Blue Sky Lab in the John Martinson Honors College at Purdue University. Temi has served as a volunteer and Site Director with Heads Up since 2016. As the now Program Director for Heads Up, Temi coordinates the learning curriculum, program evaluation, and hiring for all our programs. You will often catch her on site helping kids with their homework, decorating for our various rewards parties, driving the van for our monthy rewards trips, mentoring teens in our mentoring program, coordinating our summer program, or doing one of the many other odd jobs that keeps Heads Up running. Temi enjoys playing volleyball, singing the wrong lyrics to her favorite songs (with confidence), and streaming action movies or crime thrillers with her husband.

Site Director: Open Position

The Blue Sky Lab (BSL) at Purdue University’s John Martinson Honors College seeks to appoint a fun, engaging, and responsible Site Director for Heads Up working ~10hrs/week. The Site Director will direct the Briarwood site of the Heads Up Homework Club. The Homework Club is a program operating out of the Heads Up Tutoring and Life Skills Program and is an afterschool program offering homework help and social development for Lafayette K-12 youth. Complete applications will include: (1) CV/resume with contact information for two references, (2) brief statement of relevant interests and experiences (250- 500 words), and (3) personal contact information. Screening of applications will begin Monday, December 18, 2023 and will continue until the position is filled. Please see the attached call for more information.
